This is probably one of my favourite photographs I've taken. I shot this one while I was shooting the Tour Bleu series. This is a night shot that to me, looks like a day shot in a another world. I love how the light when in the lens and created a vignette around the subject. I treated the colours to make it look more like it was daytime and I like the way the left corners turned green.

Le passe-muraille

10/08
Camera type: Nikon FM2 (35mm)
Film type: Agfa APX 100 ISO (pushed to 6400)
I went to this amazing concert called Le passe-muraille that was taking place at Sala Rossa on the 29th of October. It was actually a series of 2 nights but I could only make to the second night, unfortunately. The music was so good, I was overwhelmed by the quality of it. Eric Dorion played first, then Alexandre St-Onge, then the trio; Oren Ambarchi, Michel Langevin and Aun, followed by Edgar Olivier Charles then the duo Angel; Dirk Dresselhaus and Ilpo Vaisanen.
I took these photos even though it was probably the worse condition of light that ever shot in!! I had to double my time with the developer to be able to have something on the film, but the results were not that bad. The film is pretty grainy and not very detailed, but its better than I thought it would be as I was shooting it. Another challenge was to try to not move, I had no tripod to shoot, so it was kind of hard to stay still. I think the results would of been better if I used a 3200 ISO film, I will do that next time I shoot in a poor light situation to compare with the pushing method I did for this one...
